Bad service Cellc

i would like to complain about Cellc customer service i have 2 contracts with Cellc had to do a swim swap on one line 1st it took them 3 weeks to tell figure out i need to do a sim swap my sim card is outdated after doing the sim swap 2 weeks today Friday the 10 May 2019 the sim card is still inactive no one is calling me back i am the constantly calling to inquire the query is with the back office for the last 5 days today when i call back again i had to start all over again

Cell is the worse Service provider ever i will never recommend any one to use them
