bad service Cell C Retention department

its sad me to write this bad review regarding cell c however i been loyal member of cell c for 6 years and this year when i was about renew my contract ,i called in and spoke to retention department at cell c this gentleman said he can organize a deal for me of a 30 s smartphone and he going to call me in course of the day .This gently never come back to me this happened in march and i called agents in retention department 5 of them but still nothing was done i even spoke manager of retention department he just said he handling the matter ,even to this day i have not receved a response am was so disappointed because i been loyal member for cell c for yers
