Bad service Cell C Promenade

Good day. My name is Clinton Gxagxama. I have a contract with Cell C, which I also have insurance for. Now I have lost my phone and wants to claim a new one. I went to Cell C in Promenade and gave them everything that is required , my avadavat everything. It is more than a month and they can't tell me what is happening with the claim. Every time when I go to the store to get an update on the situation I get told that I must follow up with the Cell C Surance. This is not my work, its theirs. They get paid. I paid every month for my contract and now I have to deal with this. IT IS UNACCEPTABLE>>>>

Hi- Yesterday the agent call me, but now she said that they are not sure if the phone is gonna be replaced. My question was to her why and her answer is 'because when Cell C wanted to blog the number the sim card was allready removed". So please tell me what ***** in his right mind will keep the sim card in a ****** phone huh??? That is the stupidest question that they could have asked me really..... I mean if you not replacing my phone I want that money I paid Cell C each month for insurance purposes back otherwise its gonna be hell. Because you are giving me stupid, silly excuses to not replace it. So yeah refund my money I've paid for the insurance up to now then I atleast have a deposit for a new one which I won't ever use Cell C as service provider again!!!!!!

Who is the underwriter??? That is what I've been told on the 19th of July as well and no one has contacted me from Cell C Surance ever since and now again someone from the insurance is gonna contact me??? I'l probably wait another month before that happens. And please do not take me as arrogant and or rude,but please understand I am without a phone for so long all ready and it frustrates me with the back and forth.

Hi. I am just following up on the above. I was told they would get in touch with me and I am still waiting. I am still paying my account including the insurance. What if I now just decide I am not paying the end of this month than CELL C want to put my name on the credit bureau as a default. It is very very upsetting. I can't phone them, because I don not have a phone. PLEASE CAN YOU HAVE SOMEONE PHONE ME AND UPDATE ME ON THE PROGRESS????????
