Bad service Cell C network
I took the data plan for 1000 gig per month For R899 pm. It work great for 2 months. Now when I reach 400 gig the network stops working. I need either a refund of half my premiums or I need Cell C to fix my network. It shows on the Hauwei app that it has full signal but I cant even open Netflix, dstv or YouTube. How is this posible? I am verry disappointed and unsatisfied with the network. Please call me on ***. I have R2000 Contracts with Cell C. My expectations are simple. I want the service that was promised to me when I took the Contracts. My Email: ***

27 Sept 2021, 20:13It is the second month that it is happening. Just now it worked for 20 minutes. And now its gone again. When its working its very slow. Can't stream. Cant facebook. Cant even watsapp. I am using my phones internet data to reply to you.

Select “Settings” Username: admin (Default) Password: admin (Default) Click “Log in” 5. Select “Network Settings” 6. Select “Internet Connection” on menu on the left, 7. Toggle switch to “ Enable” for data roaming, 8. Select“ Confirm” 9. Reboot the router 10. Reconnect the router to PC, Tablet or Phone
