BAD SERVICE CELL C HELPDESK AND STAFF
I dont know wat to do now Please help me as Cell C cant help me all i do since yesterday is to Phone cell c. Yesterday i received my new months air time but can not use it, when i look on the Cell C app i have 89 minutes but if i Phone Cell C i receive a sms that show me zero and when i talk to Cell C helpdesk my air time is their but i cant Phone. Please sort my problem out Please i realy need to use my Phone

I Phone no 1/06/2021 up untill the 4/06/2021 and my problem is still not solved my Ref nr is, ***.
I dont know how many times i Phoned we will Phone you back and still no call so al i have to say is Please send you staff for training or fire them i am sure there is a lot of People that want to work and can do the job so Please sort your company out or you going to loose alot of customers. My problem i had to figure it out for myself *********** SO YOU JUST LOST A CUSTOMER
