bad service Cell C Direct

<p>So my upgrade was due on the 9th January. I upgraded to a Huawei P9 Lite, Pinnacle 100 at Cell C direct. The promotion they running until the end of this month is, if you buy this phone you get a extra 50Gigs of data free valid for 3 months. So the same day they did the change over from my previous contract to the pinnacle 100, but did not load the 50G of data onto my acc. I phoned them the same day and enquire about it and was told it will be done the following day (10th), but an hour or so later they loaded only 5G on my account. I phoned them again on the 10th and was put on hold becasue they need to find out what went wrong from the agent who did the upgrade, the agent came back and said ok they will log a case because they made a mistake and he can't make it right it has to go to the other department. I was told it will take 2days for it to be rectified and that the other 45Gigs will be loaded and they will call me. I again phoned them the 12th and again was told it takes 2days, but the 2days was over yesterday allready and was still not sorted. I mean this is straight forward. Your sale book/ leaflet says 50Gigs and no one at cell c direct can assist me. I've been with Cell C for years now and this is my first time I am experiencing this service. </p>
