BAD SERVICE CELL C

I have previously requested my account to be closed off and my information to be updated as i have paid off the account. I had two people call on me explaining two different stories and i am yet to receive another call with feedback. I want to know what is happening with the account that was supposed to closed off in September. I am tired of making follow ups with Cell C I WANT THAT ACCOUNT TO CLOSED
