Bad service Cell C

Cell C has the worst Customer Service ever, When took the phone in for repairs we were told 12 - 21 days, we are now past 1 month. When we call we get told a different story and get told we will get a call back before COB and guess what NO PHONE CALL!!! Today when we called for an update we were told NOT TO CALL BACK UNTIL WE RECEIVE A SMS, we a still waiting the the so call sms's from 3 weeks ago. CELL C I WILL NOT STOP PHONING, I WILL CONTINUE TO PHONE EVERYDAY UNTIL I GET AN ANSWER!!!!!!!!
