Bad service Cell C
Cell C contract has been paid up after missing a few payments. they Blocked the phone and sim card. Now that the contract is paid up, they only unlocked the sim card and not the phone. With the phone they said the is no turnaround time.. what kinda bull is this?????If everything is paid up should'nt everything be working?
