Bad service Cell C

4 months ago, I have sent my device for repair at the chatsworth center Cell C, and they have given me a hell of a run around for it, on my side everything is done, excess is paid and paper work done, yet till today I have not received any feedback or calls on it. Cell C has given me the worst service ever and I feel is very ***********.
