Bad service cell c

Disappointed!!!! Cell c contact me in August 2021, when I was due for an upgrade. There offer to me was, we do not have lots of stock.....therefor we are offering you ....a discounted rate...on your packages....but after 3 months...you can upgrade to your normal package. Yesterday the 26 January 2022, I walked in at a Cell c Shop, and told the person I want to upgrade. The answer was, sorry our policy has changed in January. You cannot upgrade anymore????????????????? Without a penalty????????...how does cell c just change after signing contracts...with clients. I have 2 contracts for longer than 10 years with cell c, on one of the biggest packages. I think its time to move to Vodacom....
