Bad service Cell C

I had a contract with cell C that was cancelled and they kept deducted do from my account that I reversed. I went to a cell C branch that explained to me that account is one month behind so I EFT payment to cell C 2-4-2019 on cell C Nedbank acc and used the cell nr as reference. Since then I am in and out cell C stores and do keeps going of and I keep on reversesing as per cell C, they handed my account over to attorneys, that is much more clever than cell C's staff as I send all proof of payment to attorneys they send account back to cell C, now do going off again every month and cell C replying to reverse I don't owe them, now I received SME's that they going to hand me over to there attorneys, I am sick and tired for this poor services and will never ever take out a contract with cell C again.
