BAD SERVICE - CELL C

<p>I showed interest to buy a phone on line and 2 weeks ago Rendani Mabirimisa called me from Cell C.I was interested in a Samsung J5 after she told me the memory was 16GB for R249.I then entered into a contract.LAst week on the 3/05/2017 the phone was delivered to my suprise it was 8GB instead of 16GB.I immediately called the 140 number was given an email to lodge my complaint.I had requested that they cancel my contract with immediate effect and pick upthe handset or deliver the correct package.I received a voice mail from Marvin Perteson regarding the matter but when I called back I was told he will call me back till today I havent heard anything.To my 2nd suprised a debit order of R130.02 gone off my account on the 6th May which I have no idea what is it for as I was never informed of this amount and have requested for the contract to be cancelled.I WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH CELL C ANYMORE.I WANT A CONTRACT CANCELLED,MY MONEY REFUNDED AND FOR THEM TO PICK UP THE PHONE FROM WHERE THEY DELIVERED IT.I requested that they listen to the outbound call that was made to me by the consultant to gather all the facts. I have run out of patience as I need to get my self a phone with a reliable network provider.</p>
