Bad Service Cell C

I was contacted by Tebogo Klaas (Direct Sales Agent) for a new contract application. I gave her all the info she requested and documents and said she will contact me a day. 2days passed by and never contact me. I sent her an email no response and then 2days later she contacted me and requested for a bank statement which I did and also same story never contact me again. Send emails no answer tried to call her on the mobile phone on her signature no answer. I contact Cell C they told me what is outstanding. Its been 2 weeks since I app****f or the contract and it was a birthday gift for this weekend and now we only have tomorrow which I could have used another provider like Vodacom and they would have done quick. I have done with Vodacom and it was very quick. whats the problem with Cell C with their service and their workers who are not efficient in providing service.
