Bad Service Cell C

We are many years customers of Cell C. We have started with Altech Autopage and then the Admin was hand over to Glocell and now Cell C took it over and what a mess. Because of a short payment of R3 my wife's phone was blocked everyday. First when I phoned in I was advised it was a system error, then the phone is activated. I went and paid R4 and yet again the phone was blocked. When you ask to speak to a Manager the Consultant is rude and ask why do you want to speak to a Manager? And after this you are being transferred to a manager and you hold on for ever. Very bad service. My wife did not use this network in full but we will be billed in full
