Bad service Cell C

Shocking service from Cell C. The people I dealt with are unreliable, no clue what customer service is about and don't keep their promises. There is nothing as frustrating and disempowering than receive bad service. The facts are- on 2nd Nov Boyce Mhimhi from contract retention called me and offers me upgrade on J4 Samsung 90min, 90sms, 500mb data and 240min for 3 months. On 5th Oct I realized no activation was done after several calls Boyce told me there was a mistake from their side and they will correcrt. On Theusday 9 Oct still no activation. The local Cell C store tried to made same attempts to resolve and still nothing has been done. Thanks to Cell C Matlosana Mall you are the best. After more than a month I am still waiting for feedback and activation. Several calls to different people who promissed to come back to me never happened and I am still in the dark, it is shocking that customer service is downgraded to zero at Cell C. The following people were involved and never came back to me as promissed. Boyce Mhimhi - you can't trust this guy. Merol no attempt to resove, Kalib - poor performance and very arrogant was more interested in the time he spend with me on the phone and interupted me several times to stop the conversation. Shamona teamleader - no feedback poor customer service. The people mentioned above are incompetant and don't have a clue what customer service is about. If not resolved in 7 days I will refer to ICASA for their help and support. I also logged a complaint on Cell C website without any sucsess.
