BAD SERVICE CELL C

In August I phoned the call centre to change my banking details, I informed the lady I have two contracts with cell c and to change the banking details on both, where after she changed them only on one. Afterwards my one cell phone contract went off from the new banking details and my other one still on the old banking which had no fund. So now they are costing me banking fees as well as my one account was in arrears since I only picked it up in the second week of September. I made an arrangement for a double debit at the end of September. They even tried to debit my account again before the arrangement to double debit on the 27th of September. When the 27th of September came, my debit orders went off, but they didn't load the debit amounts correctly thus putting me in arrears again, and disconnecting my line each week after a payment arrangement was made again. Now when I wanted to upgrade in December I cannot upgrade because of the above mentioned. The branch sent in queries twice but still no answer, when you phone in, they keep you on hold for a eternity on the phone, whereby after 10 min you put down the phone. They cost me banking fees for not doing their job, they don't rectify their mistake and upon that they are quick to disconnect you but not quick to rectify their mistake. This is really bad service to such an extent that I want to move both my contracts.
