Bad service Cell C

<p>I've got two cell phone contracts with cell c.due to bad service and mis communication from Cell C i went to Vodacom to do a sim swap...3 weeks and Vodacom is dtill strugling to get information out of Cell C.</p> <p>A week ago I start trying myself.asked to mail the settlement to *** today nothing has been received.I phone the centre twice today,were promise twice that they will mail the settlement. Up to this minute nothing has been received. .what must I do now???</p> <p> </p>
