Bad Service, Cancel Contract

I bought two phone on a contract n it was delivered to my place n within seven days I experienced problems with the phone's and I have repeatedly reported the problems with severeal consultants whom which gave me different answers that all don't add up. In the end I was told to take my phone's to nearest shop then at the shop they refused to take the phone then again another consultant from the call centre booked in my phone n today is the 5th day n still they haven't collected the phone's. N I asked for the balance if I want to cancel my contract n I was told I need to pay the value of the phone which I refused cause the phone's are faulty n that is why I want to cancel the contract then the consulrant referred me to another department n I was told Ce'll C does not take back the phone's when u cancelling the contract after seven days which is just bull cause I've been reporting these phone's from day one. I am not happy at all poorest service I've ever received n I regret ever taking up this contract with Cell C worse their network Is poor as well which is just rubbing salt on the wound. The reference numbers given are not traceable at their call centre.
