Bad Service

I tried to cancel my contract several times. Every time I failed the security check. Then I went to the nearest Cell C outlet in Cape Gate shopping centre. At the end the contract was cancelled. At the end of the month they still charge me for these contracts. I phoned them again today just to find that the contract was actually not cancelled, and still I couldn’t get it cancelled today.
