Bad service

Good day. So i applyed this morning for a cell c contact, the lady phoned me whitin 5 min, so she took some details from me, she then proceeded to adk my work number so i didn't have it on me i ask her to phone back in 5min so that i could get my work phone number, she hanged up, so i got the number ready but she never phoned back, so i went online again and filled out form, another lady phoned, so i said i wanted to take out a contract, so she ask my id number i gave it, then she said it shows on the system i already app**** and it was declined, so i told hir how can i be decided if i did not finish my application whit them, so i take it cell c online just decided i don't qualify. So how can they submit incomplete information for a credit check?? So this lady said she is going to email me and i must send my documents to that email. So i gave my email address to her and she said she will email me the email address where i must send my documents for a application review, but that was like a hour ago and i did not receive any emails. So is this how cell c online conduct services, doing a credit check whit incomplete information and on top of that the lady who did the 1st application never phoned me back to say what's going on. This is very bad service i got from cell c.
