Bad service
Worst service ever with cellc..so I'm on a contract with cellc cut story short my phone was ****** and I have been try to blacklist it about 4 times been given a reference number no one explained to me that it will take time to blacklist it so whatever Boom when I have given up and cancelled my insurance they blacklist and send an ITC number now when I explain everything to them they can't help me ...guys cellc is **** store ever I won't lie to anyone cellc is **** network I regret the day I even consider cellc as a network **** cellc bad service and attitude ever yho I really regret this whole thing....I'm sure they are used to this coz no one talk nice about it.

28 Apr 2022, 16:58My problem is no one told me that it will take take as I have decided to cancel the insurance now that you have blacklisted the phone I can't claim coz I have the insurance I wouldn't if your people told me it will take time now I can't claim you guys failed me I trust you
