Bad service
Hi I've made a payment to cell c a month ago via eft I've gotten 2case numbers for the payment and now my line has been cut and no one is willing to assist me to resolve this matter and it's starting to upset me. I am furious at this point. I made payments and just keep being told there is a delay. I did my part and now I have to suffer the consequences of the bad service from Cellc. I will be canceling all my contracts asap. I cannot carry on with such a bad service provider.

07 Dec 2021, 12:33Cell c just made matters worse because last week I went to go check if I qualify for a and I did today went to go apply for the loan after speaking with my wife and boom I don't because cellc did not make an effort to allocate my payments I made my I account is still in arrears I've sent my proof of payments and still nothing the are messing with my credit score thay need to resolve this matter as soon as possible I am not willing to pay again 🤬🤬😠😡
