Bad service

Cell c service is not good at all. Pay my account every month. The account is now blocked because they said I'm in arrears. Clinton at tygervallei help me with the send of bank statements to accounts department. I phone him this morning and he said it is still blocked. I was there more than a week ago.Service is really bad
