Bad Service

A months ago I had taken a contract with cell C, where by the breakdown in terms of the minutes and the data was not explained to me hence I took the contract. For that reason I found myself with a contract that is not useful as I ran out of minutes quickly and thereby defeating the purpose of the contract. Can I have this contract cancelled please.
