BAD SERVICE-C SURANCE

<p>I cancelled my cell phone insurance with C surance in March and I am aware of the 30days notice. But i am still being charged for it till todate.when I call the consultants transfer me from one agents to another and my email are not being rep****.Even asked to speak to the team leader but they always tell me the team leader is away. WHY AM I STILL CHARGED FOR SOMETHING THAT I CANCELLED??When I call cell c customer service I find out it was only done in June.I have a proof that I did it in March!</p>
