BAD SERVICE BY CELL C GOLDEN WALK AND IT'S SOO DISAPPOINTING

Hi, my name is Thabo phone number ********** 354. I had a very bad service, bad encounter with Cell C Golden Walk where I took a phone in Cell C by contract and only used it for two day and it gave a problem. Having taken it back they told me it will be back in two days it's 7 days and the phone is not back even now. I spoke to the manager about it she told me to wait another week, with my understanding the phone has a 7 days guarantee and it has a problem. Only when the 7 days has expired that I would expect them to send it for repairs and I would wait for it because by then it would be falling on the 2 year warranty. This is just an extreme bad service by cell C and golden walk branch
