Bad Service by Cell C

I was called beginning of Oct by Cell C for an upgrade. I gave the lady the instruction on what I want- top up contract. When my new device arrived I received a OPEN LINE CONTRACT! Which I have NEVER HAD WITH CELL C in ALL the years!<br> I have made NUMEROUS Calls and sent Numerous emails, for them to fix this. Up till today it was NOT sorted out. I have been billed R2189 where I have app**** for R150 top up contract!!!!! HOW DO YOU THINK I FEEL ABOUT THIS. I am furious<br> I have been given a *** by Cell C and that's where it ends<br> They all have a story to tell me, they are waiting on a voice recording, of the day I was called for my new contract. And conveniently they carry on billing me.
