Bad service
It took them literally 3 months to sort out my query. Last week I finally got a call from a relevant person who could help me combining all my accounts under one debit order. As much as I am happy that I got helped, but I will never recommended Cell C to any of my friends nor family. I have decided I will renew any of my contacts with them. Their service is really bad.

04 Feb 2023, 17:25The damage is done. If only all Cell C's departments were as efficient as their social media department. This department is so on the ball. So thank you for nothing Cell C. I can't wait for all five of my contracts to expire.
