Bad service

Horrible service at cellc as usual. I was called to be offered a data Sim last week and I was told I qualified and then after that I was told they will diliver this week. I have been waiting. They read the mandate that confirms that the call is contractual. Now a week later I'm checking they say no I don't qualify. They now breaking the contract as usual. Cellc is nothing but *****. They never stop to amaze me
