I recently went to cell c store at wastage to cancell the contact with cell c ad the upgrade was finished and wanted to make a new contact to my understanding tye person who was assisting me told me that they made a new contract and only find out that he did an upgrade I have been going from pillar to post with this issue spoke to the manager at westgate and he said he will sort out the mater when I called the store he resigned and I spoke to Bonolo at wesgate she says in need to pay I also logged a call at cellc they are also giving me the run around Jabulile Guwi the supervisor was suppose to get backto me and she never I need to find out what must I do as this is not my fault and they said I must send back the phone at the store the manager is refusing take back the phone should I stop paying and that is when they will take me seriously myreference number with cell c is *** My number is ***
