Bad service

Bad service. I had a contract with Cell C,which was unfortunately handed over to NBD attorneys. The account was paid up in March but still the account appears in arrears. I have been asking for a paid up letter for nearly two months from NBD attorneys but Cell C has handed the account again to Credit solutions what not. This is utter negligence from Cell C and this is negatively affecting my credit score .
