BAD SERVICE

I app**** for a contract with the retention department on 084145. My contract were approved within minutes and they assured me that I should receive my new sim within 3 working days. One and a half weeks later, after phoning every day this week my simcard were delivered. I received my simcard yesterday and the notice on the simcard were that the sim will be activated WITHIN 24 hours. 24 hours later and the sim is still not activated. The instructions clearly state, " for any inquiries" to contact the help center on 135 or 084135. However they just tell me to contact the retention department on 084145. But now they are closed for the weekend and will only be able to assist on Monday morning 8h00. This is the worst service I ever had with Cell C. But dont pay them late.... then they are very quick to disconnect.... Cell C should change the name to ANC (as Cell C service is exactly the same)
