BAD SERVICE AT CONTRACT SALES

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I am a new possible customer yet i have been going through processes for 3 weeks now. 1 week to approve 1 week to get feedback. (I have to keep calling to get feedback) 2 weeks now wainting for validation to get back to me. If this is the service i get as a new potential customer then i am worried about what service would be like if i am an existing customer.
