Bad Service at Cell C Maponya Mall

Cell c has been issuing me with dysfunctional sim cards, ever since I joined Cell c last year I have been purchasing sim cards every 3 weeks. to make it worse the service I received from Cell c at Maponya mall was hideous. On the 24th of December 2019 I went to get a new sim card at Maponya Mall Cell C I waited 30 minute in line before I was "assisted " I requested to do a sim swap and purchased air time I was told the sim will be active in 4 hours and airtime will be automatically loaded when the sim is active. the sim card was not working and no air time. Service at Cell c Maponya Mall is BAD.
