Bad Service at Cell C gateway

CellC Gateway suck. To get a new Contract I had to run up and down to store over 4 days and still not rectified. Management don't even know about deals on systems. I had to make the necessary look up on net to show them. The Samsung guy that's in store says the Z5 flip comes with ear buds but unfortunately to manager it does not. As a customer I want those ear buds as said by the Samung agent at store. Not impressed at all with service. Very disappointing.
