bad service at cell c device insurance

I sent my phone Samsung Note 10+ in for repairs on the 24th of August 21 they then sent me an Sms on the 31st of August to say I must pay 875.00 rands excess fee of which I did onthe 2nd of Sept. but still today they are waiting for spares and worse the cell c device nsurance they are not helping at all they keep on giving me numbers to say i should call today is the 17th their 14 days promised max days have passed still waiting for spares..... poor service at cell c device insurance.
