Bad service at cell c

My name is Cathy kadiaka I have not been happy with cell c for along time and I have canceled my account after a struggle with been given a settlement amount different consultants been giving me different amount, and eventually I got the right amount and I closed it, it's been a wwwk and am still struggling to ge a paid up letter, pls help me tired of cell c and I want nothing to do with them, I want a paid up letter pls
