Bad service at Cell c branch in fourways

I had the worst service with Cell c at fourways mall. I am due for an upgrade and had gone get a new iPhone the 1st lady who assisted me took my details and told me she will call me by the end of the week, it’s been 4 weeks but no one has called and no phone and yet cell is is taking their debit order at the end of the month. Today, I went to the store to go complain and their consultant whose name is Tristan was very rude at me and he kept on telling me that there is nothing he can do for me I should call the call center and he even walked away from me while I was still waiting for assistance. I am so unhappy, even when I told him I am going to report him he told me to go ahead and do it because there is nothing that is going to be done to him. Cell c I am very unhappy with ur service it is so poor.
