Bad service at cell c

Me and my girlfriend we bought a phone in cell c in Durban west street. We started to experience problems with the phone.. And my girlfriend went to report the phone and they never say anything and they gave her back the phone... Again today we went and they told us that they have to book the phone in which is the failed to do that at the first time when we went to complain about the phone... When we ask them to why they didn't book the phone at the first time?... The was not answer. The manager was talking **** and he was giving attitude and saying thing that were not helping the situation..... My girlfriend is opening school next week and she uses the phone for school..... Which this is a sit back on her now.....
