Bad service at cell c

I have 2 contracts with cell c and everyday they keep on disconnecting my accounts and I have to phone to connected them and if I asked why they just said they do not know why this happen because my account is paid by debit order my daughter is alone at home with baby without a phone and yesterday when she phoned the lady on line said she must get a other phone ....can you believe this, I'm travelling everyday far with no phone I really do not know what to do anymore
