bad service at cell c

i would like to complain about cell c poor service , for the last few months i have been paying them eft and sending them the proof of payment, as when i went to change my debt order with the branch from cheque account to saving account, they said it was done and that the money would be deducted, which didn't happen, so i paid EFT and sent proof of payment, even with cell c sending back proof of payment received and allocated, phone still gets turned off and i have to spend time phoning and explain the hole story again to staff that dont really know what they are doing, i have asked for statement to be sent which has not happened with,

ready to throw sim card away and not pay the account at all

tired of poor service in this country will never recommended or use Cell c ever agian
