Bad service at Cell C

Hi please help me. I am not happy with the service from CELL C in Alberton mall. I took my phone for repair on the 06 July 2021. They told me that my cellphone will be fixed within 14 days,but still until today I am still waiting.when I try to call them to find out what is wrong,they transfer me from one call centre to another and still they failed to help me.so you are my last hope,please help.my contact number is ***
