Bad service at Cell C

I have a cell phone contarct with cell c'and within the 1st 3mths of having my contract my fone had 2 go 4 repairs its wasnt not charging now again same problem and its not even a year of me having this contact. My fone came back 4rm repairs this time as unrepairable and cell c'expects me 2 pay 4 a broken fone that can not charge and memory card slot isnt working. When i speak 2 a consultant at repair centre a rude lady. By name of Dipuo she now tells me oh your fone has water damage i tell her no it is not charging she says listen here all fones have moisture build up and that cause water damage. I said no. How is that possible she says oh maybe you use your fone in bathroom or kithen while cooking so we cant help it. I told her very rudely the 1st lady told me i charge my fone 2 much thtas why its not charging now you telling me it has water damage which 2 of you are lying 2 me. I just need 2 know must i stand for this nonsense and pay every month for a broken fone i cant charge or use now. Cell C'is ripping us off im not the 1st customer with this problem and i know i wont be the last.
