Bad service and wrongly debit account

I'm very happy unhappy last year I paid 2 contracts up to date the full amount because I want to cancel the contracts I paid almost 5k last month cellc debited my account 750 and this month I phoned them they said they will get back to me this week they never did I'm taking legal actions against them
