Bad Service and waste of time

I approached cell C for a new contract for a Sony Experia Z3 compact. I was told to bring copy of payslip, Copy ID and 6 months bank statements. I app**** for contract on 23/03/2015 and produced above mentioned documents. I was told that they did not have specified phone in stock but they would have it in 4 days time. The bank statements produced was up to 03/03/2015 showing all income into this account. I was told that my application was approved and I left all docs with them. I phoned them regularly to enquire as to the whereabouts of my new phone. I was eventually phoned on 20/04/2015 and asked to come and collect the phone. When arriving there I was informed that I need a Bank Statement for which was more current. All docs were current when visiting them and due to THEIR incompetence in not securing a phone for me, my Bank Statements was now outdated. I refused to be shifted from pillar to post and then went to their Head Office in Cape Road in PE to solve problem, only to be told that a letter from my employer was also needed. I asked to see a Manager to sort out, but after waiting for 15 minutes decided to rather leave as nobody attended to me
