Bad service and useless call center people

I have signed for R280 data monthly contract, I only paid that amount 2 months only after that my amount escalated to double which means i need to pay R578 every months and my account is always blocked. I went to 2 cell c shops i was told stories and i called the customer care agents they are so rude, its like i have to beg them to do there job...See me with cell c in future **** me///
