Bad service and unprofessional staff

My husband and I have had many incidents over the past month with cell c. We wanted a commitment amount and were given the wrong amount. We took out a new handset and it has caused so many issues with this contracts... we are very very unhappy and annoyed at the service and attitude from staff in the store. We have been in store 6 times and call in and no one has been very helpful. We now have tried for the manager to contract us and no one has called. I mean we are in need of someone senior to take over. Im disgusted by the ********** service received.
