Bad service and unhappy with how they do business!!!

I went for a upgrade and add on at cellc came there they were quick to let me sign papers and at that point they didn't have the phone I wanted in stock but the guy said he will phone us when we can collect it when it arrives. 5weeks later phone arrives they contact me and said I should collect the phone when I got there I had to sign another contract!!! Like what happened to the other contract plus the price increased from R319pm to R369pm now I sign 2 contracts for what it's not fair towards myself cause I was told to fetch the phone cause the paper work was done already...

Such bad service!!!
