Bad service and they don't want to refund my money and they will only do it when it suits them

Very bad service from Cell C

Cell C double debited my account 2 months in a row while I work short hours given the Covid 19 impact on the economy and I called them 7 to 10 times and no one could give a straight answer as when am I getting my refund first. If everything was well and there was no covid and no short hours then I wouldn't have minded but I humbled myself to them and informed them that I need the cash for my kids as I work on a budget and they still told me it takes 7 working days and it gone passed that. Given the situation there should be structures in place where urgent quiries can be resolved immediately but instead I am sent from pillar to post

Anyone out there who is considering taking up any product with Cell C I edge you don't do it you will regret as you will be treated like *******...they have a non existent customer care centre ....they just don't care .. STAY AWAY FROM CELL C
